Each of the downloadable photographic images in this site have been digitally "watermarked" using Digimarc software. The watermark is invisible to the eye but readable by computer, even in print forms or when the image is used in a collage. In addition, Digimarc's software constantly searches images on the internet and informs rightful owners in the event of a possible copyright infringement.
